Yes, I'm okay. Yes, I'll live. Yes, I'll be back at school sometime... Probably by next week at the latest. But that's just a guess.
I've been writing a lot in here. Some haikus, and things that I wouldn't call poems but would probably fall under 'freeverse' or something. Maybe I'll upload one or two while I'm in here - if you guys want to read some pseudo-angsty semiautobiographical shit.
They don't block dA, which is good. I can live without Facebook if I have my deviantArt.
I would also like to apologize to top-hats for not showing up to do that thing for Philosophy. Hopefully you will find my excuse acceptable.
Also, my apologies to Blackbox-Arsonist for putting him through a certain type of hell. I promise you, I will never put you through that again.

I’ve struggled with some mental health issues for a couple years now, and I’m really into raising awareness and shattering stigma – you know, all that. Well, I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for a while now, but I’ll need some help to make it work.
I want to create an anthology of comic strips, all related to cutting and self-injury. I want real-life stories, and while I have several of my own that I intend to use, I would very much like some more.
I’m trying to approach this subject in a different way than it’s usually portrayed, so I’m not asking for the ‘usual’ self-har

Who do you want to contribute?
Anyone with a story relating to self-harm.
Also, if you don't self-harm, but you want to share how someone else's self-harm has affected you, feel free to contribute that story!
What kinds of stories are you looking for?
Some examples of what I'm looking for (but please, don't limit yourself):
Someone's reaction when they noticed the marks.
When or why you decided to stop.
The first time you wore short sleeves outside, after you'd started cutting.
Finding a friend who also cut.
The way you wish your parents had reacted when they found out.
Etc…
Some examples of what I'm NOT looking for:
Your life story.
A story in which you actually perform the act of self-injury.
I am looking for singular events, not stories spanning years of your life. I want stories that show how self-harm is perceived and how people react to it; the small, unrelated things
